Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of retail sales or similar customer service experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- reliability and flexibility in work schedule
- attention to quality and detail
- passion for chocolate
- physical stamina to stand for long hours and ability to multitask
- ability to lift 15 to 40 pounds
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

- at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced customer-minded environment with increasing levels of responsibility

Job Duties
- deliver outstanding customer experience
- ensure production goals are met including product-finishing projects
- execute product sales and register duties including shop and shelf care gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment
- assist store sales goals through helpful recommendations
- help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
- follow merchandising and food safety protocols
- support store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects
