- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and cleanup
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Handle moderate lifting, pushing, and pulling tasks
