Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of commercial driving experience
- Valid Commercial Driver's license (Class CDL A or B with endorsement or Class C, D, or E depending on state)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good physical condition to handle lifting and standing requirements
- Must follow safety standards and company policies
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team
- Willingness to travel regionally and support other regions as needed

Job Duties
- Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection and report deficiencies to management immediately
- Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition
- Check loads to ensure that truck has all material (units, fence panels, poles, etc.) and tools needed to complete service tickets
- Operate service trucks to and from pre-designated work sites based on assignment information
- Maintain a clean and fully stocked truck
- Operate flatbed trucks to deliver or pick up portable restroom units, hand sinks, holding tanks, or containers
- Update system and tickets with relevant delivery or pick-up detail
- Operate fence trucks to deliver or pick up fence materials and act as point of contact on fence jobs
- Operate tanker/transfer truck to and from local dump and complete required paperwork
- Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, septic tanks, sinks, showers at various work sites following company guidelines
- Notify management of any issues encountered
- Unload fence materials and install fence panels at work sites according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and address basic repairs and maintenance onsite
- Report special maintenance requests or equipment replacements
- Perform pick-up and delivery of USS units in a timely manner
- Strategically plan for customer needs by discussing pickup and delivery requirements
- Work with dispatch to adapt to service schedule changes
- Conduct all duties safely in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards
- Interact with customers onsite to ensure service satisfaction
- Provide customer feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor
- Confirm work orders with site superintendent
- Maintain communication with supervisor via phone or radio
- Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
