Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Commitment to company policies and procedures

- Willingness to work full-time during seasonal timeframe
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- No supervisory experience required
- No licenses or certifications required

Job Duties
- Coordinate the operation of all special events and Experiences of Pleasure activities
- Review operational status including lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system operations
- Correct any aesthetic deficiencies
- Follow training guidelines to support management direction
- Supervise and assist in training all special events employees
- Learn and operate software systems used in events such as ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
- Resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Greet and assist guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team efforts to achieve common goals
- Identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes for improvement
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods and moving objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
