Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
  • Commitment to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate event management software

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating special events and leisure experience activities
  • Check operation status, including lighting, AV, cleanliness, and system functionality
  • Follow training guidelines to support management
  • Monitor and assist with training for special events employees
  • Operate event software systems for ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
