- at least one year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Coordinate the operation of all special events and pleasure experiences
- review operational status including lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system functions
- correct any aesthetic deficiencies
- follow training guidelines to support direction of event managers and assistant managers
- supervise and assist in training all special event employees
- learn and operate event-related software systems such as ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
- resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
- comply with company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and recognize guests according to company standards
- anticipate and meet guest service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- ensure quality standards are met
- identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to improve effectiveness, productivity, quality, safety, or reduce costs
- perform reasonable job duties as requested
