Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • no license or certification required
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
  • ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the operation of all special events and pleasure experiences
  • review operational status including lighting, audiovisual aspects, cleanliness, and system functions
  • correct any aesthetic deficiencies
  • follow training guidelines to support direction of event managers and assistant managers
  • supervise and assist in training all special event employees
  • learn and operate event-related software systems such as ticketing, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
  • resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
  • comply with company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and recognize guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and meet guest service needs
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • support team goals
  • ensure quality standards are met
  • identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to improve effectiveness, productivity, quality, safety, or reduce costs
  • perform reasonable job duties as requested
