Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts
- Ability to move, lift, push, drag, and place objects under 25 pounds without assistance
- Professional and clean appearance

Job Duties
- Coordinate the operation of all special events and activities
- Review operational status including lighting, audiovisual, cleanliness, and system functionality
- Support event management and assist in training special event staff
- Learn and operate event-related software systems such as ticket issuing, retail sales, inventory, and space usage
- Resolve financial, inventory, and numerical discrepancies
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Greet and assist guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Identify and recommend improvements for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 25 pounds
- Execute other reasonable tasks as requested
