Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and point of sales systems
- strong communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds unaided
- professionalism and a neat appearance
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- provide customer service in operational areas during exhibitions and shows
- operate attractions or events to ensure guest safety and enjoyment
- sell tickets and merchandise using suggestive sales techniques
- maintain displays as necessary
- use cash register and point of sales system to process transactions
- be responsible for cash bank and deposits following cash control procedures
- respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries by phone, in person, or electronically
- guide guests to the appropriate location with clear instructions
