- Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions

Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly and professionally, delivering attentive, high-quality customer service at all times
- Store, organize, and retrieve guest ski and snowboard equipment quickly and accurately
- Tag and track equipment to ensure proper identification and efficient retrieval
- Assist guests with carrying equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the ski valet area
- Provide general resort and mountain information, directions, and assistance
- Communicate effectively with Front Office, Bell Desk, and Adventures teams to support guest flow
