Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- exceptional computer, data entry, and analytic skills
- advanced Excel proficiency
- ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- physical capability to create displays including climbing ladders, bending, squatting, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs unassisted or 100 lbs with assistance
- ability to carry, push, and pull boxes, catalogs, and sample orders up to 50 lbs
- strong customer service skills
- positive energy level
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- exceptional computer, data entry and analytic skills
- advanced Excel skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- assist with daily showroom operations including opening, closing, and shift change functions
- provide administrative support including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- provide exceptional hospitality and food service during market shows
- upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
- assist in setting up and organizing merchandise displays effectively
- maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
