Job Requirements

  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • exceptional computer, data entry, and analytic skills
  • advanced Excel proficiency
  • ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • physical capability to create displays including climbing ladders, bending, squatting, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs unassisted or 100 lbs with assistance
  • ability to carry, push, and pull boxes, catalogs, and sample orders up to 50 lbs
  • strong customer service skills
  • positive energy level
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • a high school diploma and or equivalent experience
  • exceptional computer, data entry and analytic skills
  • advanced Excel skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • assist with daily showroom operations including opening, closing, and shift change functions
  • provide administrative support including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
  • provide exceptional hospitality and food service during market shows
  • upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
  • assist in setting up and organizing merchandise displays effectively
  • maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
