Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in a similar server role
- Must be able to meet flexibility requirements for shift work
- Ability to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work seasonal from spring to fall

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests at Harriet's Rooftop
- Support the Food and Beverage team in banquet operations and daily service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Uphold Starwood Hotels' high standards of guest experience and sustainability
- Adapt to the flexible demands of a 24-hour operational environment
