Job Requirements
- 2 years service experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Ability to easily adapt to new settings and new team members
- Ability to follow directives and instructions during busy times
- Outgoing high energy personality
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility with schedules and ability to work at different locations throughout the valley
- Ability to memorize menu items and relay ingredient and allergen information
- 21 years or older
- Food handling card or certification and proper application
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Able to work long hours on feet
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
- Problem and solution-oriented
- Servers and bartenders need TIPS liquor certification
- FOH and BOH managers and supervisors require valid driver license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- 2 years service experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environment
- Banquet or tray service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Act as an information point of contact for guests
- Obtain full knowledge of food and beverage items to educate customers
- Set up and break down dining and bar areas
- Stock stations properly and maintain organization throughout service
- Manicure and bus dining, bar, and cocktail tables
- Replenish buffet or food stations with appropriate items
- Communicate product needs to Event Captain
- Apply safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Properly check guest IDs and serve alcohol legally
- Assist with loading and unloading events
