Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Must have a current Food Handlers Card and OLCC Permit
Ability to lift 15-30 pounds
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment

Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to take direction
Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with members to help them with their food and beverage selections
Take ownership of an assigned section with the goal to exceed members' expectations
Input food and drink order accurately into the point-of-sale system
Properly set up and maintain all service areas according to standards
Commit to recognizing and acknowledging members by name
Communicate any special requests with kitchen and any dissatisfaction with manager-on-duty
Assist in setting and resetting Club rooms for events
Uphold a professional and welcoming appearance and demeanor
