Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and seat them comfortably
- take precise orders for food and beverages, accurately inputting them into our POS system
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to the right tables, ensuring each guest's needs are met
- proactively anticipate guests' requirements and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- maintain tables impeccably, from setting them up to clearing them efficiently
- collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
- enhance the dining experience by recommending menu items and beverages
- process payments accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures diligently
- uphold stringent safety, sanitation, and food handling standards to ensure a hygienic environment
