Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs
- must be available to work scheduled events including evenings, weekends, late nights, and long shifts
- must be friendly and able to interact with game attendees competently
- must be able to communicate clearly with guests and staff
- experience required
- must follow company alcohol service standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or server role
- knowledge of food and beverage service
- ability to communicate effectively
- skill in multitasking under pressure
- basic math skills for processing payments
- understanding of alcohol service procedures
- positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide a high level of in-seat service to guests
- set up and break down assigned suites or area
- process payments via point-of-sale for services rendered
- multitask effectively during events
- follow and execute company alcohol service standards
- provide appropriate alcohol and food pairing recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and order within assigned section
