Job Requirements

  • Capable of lifting up and moving objects of 25 pounds at a time
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or event catering preferred
  • Additional certifications or training in hospitality, food service, or related fields beneficial
  • Previous experience in fine dining or upscale events desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative attitude and openness to learning
  • Resilience and professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to goals

Job Duties

  • Execute synchronized service techniques with expertise in culinary and beverage offerings
  • Provide attentive hospitality by anticipating and meeting guests’ needs
  • Interact with guests courteously and respectfully embodying poise and confidence
  • Maintain polished personal presentation adhering to uniform standards
  • Demonstrate proficiency in fine dining etiquette including proper utensil placement and tableside service
  • Handle pre- and post-event responsibilities such as inventory maintenance, polishing flatware, preparing tea and coffee service materials, and spot cleaning
