Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work seasonal shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Welcome and thank every customer even during busy moments
- Offer samples recommendations and add-ons with confidence
- Answer questions and handle concerns kindly and professionally
- Scoop photo-worthy cones cups sundaes milkshakes and flights
- Prepare waffle cones brownies batter and whipped cream
- Stay calm during rushes while maintaining quality and care
- Work closely with teammates to keep service flowing
- Operate the POS accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Restock ice cream toppings merchandise and paper goods
- Keep the shop clean organized and inviting
- Check Slack before each shift for updates and coverage needs
- Help with opening and closing tasks cleaning and resets
- Jump in where needed to support smooth operations
