Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid food handlers card obtained within 30 days of employment or as required by state or local law
- Ability to work at least three shifts per week including two closing shifts
- Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in food service, fast-casual dining, or hospitality preferred
- Fluency in English
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests providing exceptional customer service
- Serve ice cream by scooping and offering samples of classic and seasonal flavors
- Educate guests about the flavor profiles and the story behind each ice cream to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the serving area and equipment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and obtain required food handler certification
