Job Description
Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, encompassing some of the most influential and market-leading brands in the industry including Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. Ticketmaster stands out as the global leader in event ticketing, facilitating the sale of over 500 million tickets annually and serving more than 12,000 clients worldwide. Live Nation Concerts is the largest promoter of live entertainment globally, organizing over 40,000 shows and more than 100 festivals each year across more than 40 countries for nearly 4,000 artists. These three entities combine to provide unparalleled music marketing programs that connect more than 1,000 brands with 98 million live event fans annually. For those seeking a dynamic career in the music and live entertainment industry, Live Nation offers a vibrant and engaging work environment with a culture filled with energy and innovation.
The Concerts Division of Live Nation is at the core of the live music experience where tours are created, artists thrive, and fans enjoy unforgettable moments. The company’s reach spans owned and operated amphitheaters, a global touring team, ticketing and venue operations, as well as marketing and sales departments. Live Nation is committed to fostering a fun and upbeat workplace environment that supports career growth and personal achievement. Employee perks include free concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, progressive benefits such as student loan reimbursement, and adoption/fertility support. These offerings contribute to Live Nation’s recognition as a Great Place to Work and being named among People Magazine’s “50 Companies that Care.” The company is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
The role of Seasonal Sales Coordinator within the Premium Seat Sales (PSS) team at Live Nation is a pivotal position based in Tampa, designed to support the busy season. The PSS team is responsible for generating revenue through premium seating options including box suites, season tickets, personal seat licenses (PSLs), hospitality events, and other bespoke premium experiences tailored specifically to the assigned venues. This position works closely with the Director of Premium Sales and Service to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships.
As a Seasonal Sales Coordinator, you will assist in preparing and managing contracts, oversee accounts receivable, maintain client databases, manage client ticketing via Archtics, and coordinate on-site event services to ensure smooth operations during live concert events. The role requires high-level organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue new client prospects. You will also act as a liaison between internal departments such as Box Office, Finance, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences. The position demands excellent communication capabilities, high energy, creativity, and a deep commitment to customer service excellence.
Overall, joining Live Nation in this role means becoming part of an industry powerhouse that not only promotes live music but actively nurtures the careers and development of its employees. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about live entertainment, eager to contribute to a dynamic and emerging team, and willing to embrace the fast-paced environment that a leading entertainment company offers.
