Job Duties
- Assist Director of Premium Sales and Service in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Experiences Programs for assigned venues
- Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts
- Oversee and maintain accounts receivable
- Assist in maintenance of client relationships
- Act as a liaison with internal departments including Box Office, Finance, and Marketing
- Manage client tickets using Archtics
- Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates via Marketing Cloud
- Coordinate on-site premium experiences program responsibilities and client services for concert events
- Interface with VIP Club staff to ensure smooth venue operations on event days
- Conduct cold calls and prospect for new clients
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies with Director of Premium Sales and Service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Assist in prospecting using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
