Job Duties
- Greet customers when they enter the shop
- offer assistance in locating merchandise
- respond to questions regarding merchandise
- display merchandise neatly and attractively
- restock and check expiration dates on items
- keep storeroom clean and organized
- complete customer purchases and process payments
- handle returns, refunds, and exchanges
- verify customer identification as required
- maintain and balance cash drawer
- follow opening and closing checklists
- secure the shop and prevent loss due to theft
- report accidents and unsafe work conditions
- follow all company policies and maintain professional appearance
- welcome and engage guests according to company standards
- assist guests with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships
- comply with quality expectations
- perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- perform additional duties as assigned
