Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as jewelry repair
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in their selection and purchase of merchandise
- Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues effectively
- Enter guest and sales data into POS accurately
- Present jewelry from stock/cases to guests and replace items correctly
- Repair, polish, or solder jewelry
- Utilize GUESTS program for sales and guest interactions
- Provide knowledgeable service on products using in-store tools and training
- Box and wrap sales for gift presentation
- Achieve individual key performance metrics
- Assist store management in achieving store KPIs and maintaining store presentation
- Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties
- Attend all required meetings
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
