Job Requirements

  • Availability to work up to 19 hours per week
  • Willingness to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2026
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Friendly and engaging personality
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to comply with safety and operational protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Passion for coffee and hospitality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with digital systems and point-of-sale software

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers
  • Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee
  • Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee
  • Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
  • Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset
  • Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment
