Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work up to 19 hours per week during the holiday season
- Ability to engage customers and provide excellent service
- Comfortable using digital POS and boutique management systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn about coffee and sustainability practices
- Availability for weekend and holiday peak shifts
Job Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with digital point-of-sale systems preferred
- Commitment to sustainability and company values
- Flexibility to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset

- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers
- Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences
- Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee
- Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee
- Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
- Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset
