Job Duties

  • Managing hotel room requests from the sales team
  • Acting as a liaison with partners and vendors
  • Resolving and triaging special booking requests
  • Updating and maintaining trip-by-trip guest accommodation inventory
  • Maintaining strong relationships by fielding partner inquiries
  • Ensuring timely communication with suppliers to meet deadlines
  • Identifying and troubleshooting system bugs and inefficiencies
  • Assisting with private trip coordination and other tasks as needed
