Job Duties
- handle admission policies
- manage cash handling procedures
- sell products and program activities
- provide general customer service
- perform opening and closing procedures
- maintain inventory and stock sale items
- keep work area clean
- assist customers with equipment operation
- ensure equipment safety and good working condition
- answer phone in a courteous and professional manner
- complete daily assignments
- handle difficult people and situations courteously
- enforce rink rules and policies (for skateguard duties)
