Job Requirements
- High school student or graduate or equivalent
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to exert up to 30 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
- Ability to follow company policies and employee handbook
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others
- Willingness to participate in inventory counts and other store activities
- Ability to learn and perform café beverage preparation
- Must be able to work during peak periods
- Must align personal behaviors with the company’s mission and core values
Job Qualifications
- High school student or graduate or equivalent
- Cashier experience a plus
- Experience working on a team in retail or food service a plus
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Positive, enthusiastic, and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to give, receive, and act on feedback
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to stay calm and composed under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and complete tasks on time

Job Duties
- Upholds company policies, standards, and philosophy
- Assists retail managers in implementing store policies and procedures
- Maintains a safe work environment
- Provides outstanding customer service through friendly engagement and product knowledge
- Prepares and serves café items efficiently
- Maintains awareness of promotions and advertisements
- Assists with merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- Helps process and replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock
- Offers flexibility to work during peak times
- Helps customers locate merchandise
- Participates in monthly inventory and cycle counts
- Rings up sales, bags merchandise, and processes refunds and returns
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by retail management
