Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to handle bulky and heavy items including lifting up to 50 pounds for stock and fulfillment roles
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Willingness to adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards

- Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across in-store, online and mobile platforms including operating point-of-sale systems and bagging items
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Create a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor
- Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
