Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- Capability to meet daily sales goals
- Ability to handle electronic devices
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Must possess close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly
- Comfortable using electronic devices such as cash registers and handheld scanners
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic, resourceful, and able to adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment
- Merchandize new receipts, update signs and pricing, process damages and returns
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and smart selling
- Support teamwork by collaborating honestly and respectfully with colleagues
- Close each customer interaction by sharing loyalty program benefits and thanking customers sincerely
