Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and establish personal connections on the sales floor
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling and customer engagement
- Promote and explain loyalty program benefits to customers
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
- Use technology and cash register systems to process transactions accurately
