Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Comfortable using electronic devices and handling cash register transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in personal conversations to understand their needs
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment including sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and selling strategies
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure excellent service
- Finish customer transactions with a sincere thank-you and promote Macy's Loyalty program
- Stay informed about current promotions, trends, and product knowledge
