Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
basic proficiency with technology and electronic devices
commitment to delivering excellent customer service
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
