Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand and promote products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain the sales floor by merchandising new arrivals, processing damages, and updating signage
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and smart selling techniques
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide personalized recommendations
- Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and inviting throughout the day
- Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive work environment
