Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic proficiency with electronic devices and cash registers
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversations to build customer relationships
- understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting room
- merchandise new arrivals, process damages, and update pricing and signage
- meet daily sales goals through effective selling behaviors
- promote and explain loyalty program benefits to customers
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support
