Job Qualifications

- Comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain an organized, clean, and shoppable sales floor
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with courtesy and product knowledge
- Update merchandising displays, signage, and pricing as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
- Share information about Macy's Loyalty program and complete transactions efficiently
