Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to read computer terminals
- Ability to push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and move objects of at least 25 pounds
- Capability to perform repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cashier duties
- Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- Manage customer needs and exceed expectations using UNIQLO service standard and Fundamental Principles
- Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- Act as cashier by following cashier protocol
- Process shipments and ensure merchandise is fully represented on the floor
- Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow company policies and notify management of any infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
