Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
availability to stand for long periods
ability to push, pull, or move objects at least 25 pounds
ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
minimum of 12 hours per week availability
availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered
availability on Black Friday and during holiday period (excluding Christmas Day)

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Meet and exceed sales goals
maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
manage customer needs and exceed expectations using UNIQLO service standards and fundamental principles
assist with fitting room standards
act as cashier following protocol when required
process shipments and ensure merchandise is fully represented on the floor
assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
provide product and brand knowledge to customers
follow all company policies and notify management of infractions
assist with special projects as assigned by management
