Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Comfortable using electronic devices
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift 25 pounds
- Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching including above eye level
- Good close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment such as cash registers to process transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic electronic device proficiency
- Ability to understand and adhere to employment policies and safety procedures
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt
- Team player with strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, and updating signage
- Review daily sales goals and stay knowledgeable about current trends, top-selling items, and promotions
- Finish interactions by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customer satisfaction and expressing sincere thanks
- Support team members through honesty, care, and collaboration to enhance store performance
- Achieve sales goals and continuously improve individual and store results through learning and teamwork
