Job Duties
- greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- understand and communicate effectively to meet customer needs
- provide personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- merchandise new receipts and update signage
- assist customers in fitting rooms and complete sales transactions
- promote Macy’s loyalty program and company services
