Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with warmth and hospitality
- understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor
- process new receipts, damages, and merchandise returns
- update signage and pricing information
- assist customers in fitting rooms
- achieve daily sales goals through effective selling techniques
