Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- eagerness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor
- merchandising new arrivals and processing damages
- updating signs and pricing on sales floor
- meet daily sales goals and support store performance
- build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
- collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
