Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Willingness to engage warmly with customers and colleagues
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
- Ability to focus visually with close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- Proficiency using computers, handheld devices, and cash registers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle electronic devices and registers confidently
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving for extended periods
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor
- Merchandize new receipts and manage pricing signage
- Process product damages, testers, and returns accurately
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
