Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- Capacity to meet daily sales target goals
- Comfortable using electronic devices and cash register systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and hospitality
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor
- Merchandising new receipts and updating signage and pricing
- Process damaged goods and returns efficiently
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and complete sales transactions
- Support team members to ensure a collaborative work environment
