Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- capability to meet daily sales goals
- physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- good vision including color and depth perception
- comfortable using computers and electronic devices including cash registers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic proficiency with electronic sales equipment and technology
Job Duties
- greet customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience
- understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor
- merchandise new receipts and update pricing and signage
- meet daily sales goals and support loyalty program enrollment
- collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- utilize electronic devices to process sales transactions
