Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate clearly
- physical ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- ability to handle bulky items and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- flexible schedule to meet business needs
- stock and fulfillment roles require ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Work with the team to maintain the salesfloor through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- assist customers with cashiering across in-store, online, and mobile platforms
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers
- maintain a clean and clutter-free salesfloor by sorting and returning clothing
- keep stockrooms organized with properly checked-in and ticketed merchandise
- demonstrate proficiency in store technologies
- adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards
- promote retail initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program
