- Ability to handle bulky and heavy items including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally for stock and fulfillment roles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to follow operational and asset protection policies
Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms including operating a point-of-sale system and bagging items
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free salesfloor by sorting and returning clothing
- Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards
- Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders timely following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
- Provide general support such as setting up special events, organizing backrooms, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures
