Job Requirements

- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock support or fulfillment roles

Job Duties
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and assisting in fitting rooms
- Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as Nordstrom Rewards program
- Keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes accurately
- Work with team to maintain visually appealing sales floor through re-merchandising and straightening
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions in a seamless and friendly manner
- Demonstrate expertise in store technology systems
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
- Receive, unload, and deliver new merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders promptly following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders adhering to packing and shipping protocols
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments
- Maintain clean and organized sales floors and stockrooms
- Provide general store support including event setups, markdowns, and fixture relocations
