Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- proficiency with MS Windows, iOS and Android operating systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced setting
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations

Job Duties
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience

- ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues
- motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as our Nordstrom Rewards program
