Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform continuous physical movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex and reach
- Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- For stock and fulfillment roles, ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready
- Assist customers with cashiering across in-store, online, and mobile platforms
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing
- Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
- Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to departments
- Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards
