Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform continuous movement such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching for 6-8 hours per shift
- capacity to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- for stock and fulfillment roles, ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs

Job Duties
- work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- assist customers with cashiering transactions on multiple platforms including in-store, online, and mobile
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and returning clothing to the salesfloor
- keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
- fulfill customer orders timely following quality standards
- prepare and ship customer orders adhering to packing and shipping standards
- utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
